Accuracy of Prices

We cannot be held responsible for any price change, as all of our prices and quotes are subject to availability and change.


The hotel or resort ratings are to be used as a general guide, which includes any facility listings and images. There may be changes to those without any notification to us, and therefore please only use them as a guide.


Please use any locational information as a guide, for distances and location of the resorts and facilities. Please call us if you have any specific questions relating to locations.

Information Provided by Passenger

You are required to notify Luxury Destinations if there are any changes to your phone number or email address once the accommodation and e-tickets have been issued. It is the passenger’s responsibility, not Luxury Destinations, that the exact name on the e-ticket matches that of the passport of the traveller.

Weather Conditions

We cannot be responsible for disruption to your holiday due to inclement weather conditions.

Credit Card Payment

Credit card payments incur an additional 2.5% charge. We reserve the right to ask you to send a copy of a recent bank statement, before we issue the holiday confirmation and flight tickets, for fraud prevention.

Terms & Conditions

It is prohibited to copy or reproduce or modify any content on this website for commercial use, and is for your personal use only.

You must be over 18 years of age to use this website in order to make a booking with Luxury Destinations.

We strive for accuracy, but cannot be held responsible for any bookings through the website that may be out of date or inaccurate.


Your Financial Protection

When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong.

We, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where neither we nor the supplier are able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable).”


 If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in return for such a payment or benefit you assign absolutely to those Trustees any claims which you have or may have arising out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agent (or your credit card issuer where applicable). You also agree that any such claims may be re-assigned to another body, if that other body has paid sums you have claimed under the ATOL scheme.


Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the part of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. Payment Terms 

The holiday package must be paid in full within a minimum of 12 weeks of the departure, and a minimum of 50% deposit must be paid at the time of the booking. Failure to make this payment could lead to a loss of the deposit and cancellation of the holiday.

If you choose to cancel your holiday, we aim to refund you all of the money, acting in good faith, received by the accommodation and airline suppliers, minus a £50 admin fee. However, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation charge up to the maximum figures shown below:

We cannot be held responsible for any changes or disruption to your holiday that is beyond our control and aim to notify you as early as possible, should we notice any changes. It is your responsibility as a passenger and a customer, to reconfirm your travel requirements and flights.

If any vaccine requirements are needed to travel to your intended destination, it is you, the passenger’s, responsibility to get them.

Any visa requirements are the passenger’s responsibility to organise this. Please check with the local embassy for more information.

It is the passenger’s responsibility to confirm that everything written in the invoice is accurate i.e. Names (as per passport), Date of Birth’s and Dates of travel as we will not be held liable for any charges if the information is wrong once the tickets have been issued. Any amendments to the flight ticket or accommodation package may result in a payment of up to £175 per ticket due for any additional changes made after the flight tickets have been issued.

It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they are adequately insured throughout the duration of their holiday, as we cannot be held responsible for delays/cancellations of flights including industrial disputes and natural disasters etc.

The contract is made on the terms of these conditions, governed by English Law and jurisdiction of English Courts.
